I'm a Notary Public who is commissioned by the great State of Ohio. Who over the years has gained experience in Loan Signing, Process Serving, and Tenant Occupied Home Inspections. We are located in the Columbus Metro Ohio area. All contractors have at least 2 years' experience in their respected field.

As a Commissioned Notary Public in the State of Ohio, my duty is to confirm and verify the true identity of a person signing an important document, as well as their willingness to sign without duress or intimidation, and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction.

Some notarizations require the Notary to have the signer take an oath and swear under penalty of perjury that the information contained in a document is true and correct.

When it comes to your documents, please know that The Pink Flea Agency LLC. will take our time to ensure the procedure is done right the first time. The Pink Flea Agency LLC will perform services at Hospitals, Nursing Facilities, Private Residences, and Rental properties.

When it comes to identification only Federal, and State identification will be accepted, it will have to be in one piece.

The Pink Flea Agency LLC handles all kinds of Process Service needs of our clients, we primarily stay in the Real Estate Side of life, when it comes serving your tenant with notices of late payments and 3-day notices and even evictions. All attempts come with photographic proof of attempt and upon completion, Affidavit of service will be in your hands or email within 2 hours of completion. The notarized copy will be mailed post haste.
